The gym will be closed this weekend for construction. The gym will be closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (5/11 through 5/14). Lots of exciting changes are coming, so be prepared.
Also wish Jeff and Jessi good luck this weekend at the CrossFit Games Central East regional. Make sure to catch it on ESPN 3!
Thank you for your continued patience and general awesomeness. And a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who helped move equipment today. You all are the best.

Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 4:07PM The Open starts this week, I hope everyone is as excited! We will be doing the Open events Saturdays during the 11am class. Anyone who doesn't have a bax to validate their scores is welcome to join us for free instead of having to submit a video online to HQ. Email Info@CrossfitBroadRipple.com to sign up or for more information. We will have a lot of athletes competing in the Open this year so the atmosphere will be awesome! Get ready!
Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 12:00PM CFBR will be closed this weekend. Everyone should come to the Great Lakes Invitational and cheer on our competitors!
We are going to meet at CFBR at 6am Saturday and leave for the competition by 6:15am. We'll need to get there early to claim some space in the competition area for spectators and in the waiting area in between events. Bring some food, snacks, pillows, first aid supplies, or whatever else you may need and be ready to cheer your heart out!
Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 7:30AM Come join us for our 2nd annual Christmas breakfast at A2z Cafe this Friday at 8am. Good friends, good food, and mimosa. What more could you want?! See you there! Directions and menu found here.
Be sure to check the calendar online for schedule changes during the holidays. There won't be any drastic changes, just a few cancellations for Christmas and New years.
